Hello there!

Even though we have a blanket of new snow here in Vermont, I am dreaming of spring flowers and being on the other side of our move. My mood has been like the weather, up and down, dreary and today a little sunny. I think my life in general has been the same!

Moving Roller Coaster Update: We are NOT moving to Essex, NY (a story for another time). We are staying this side of the lake. Although my husband and I are heartbroken our dream business did not come to fruition, we trust that the universe has other things in store for us in Vermont.

We will be renting a house in South Village in South Burlington while we look for a place to land. Lucky for me this is where Heidi lives. We can’t wait to spend more time together and dream up some yoga offerings and a destination yoga retreat!

The moving van comes March 29th and then I head to Kripalu April 12th to begin my 300 hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training. Spring is bringing lots of new growth and new beginnings!
