Dear Yogi Friends,

Was I dreaming or did I see snow yesterday?! It is a good thing I still have a bit of zen still in me from an amazing 9 day trip to Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires. 🥰 I am officially trained to teach Kripalu Vinyasa and I am excited to share it!
