Hello Friends,

I hope this email finds you well and cozy on this rainy afternoon. I love these long weekends! Heidi and I were able to spend some time this weekend prepping for our retreat coming up. We are thrilled that we are full! If you missed signing up, we are dreaming of more. : )

Tomorrow I leave for Philadelphia for work and will be having dinner with Donna Anfuso, one of our beloved Yoga Roots teachers this week. I love the balance of work and fun!

Last Mindful Yoga at Shelburne Museum will be Thursday, September 15th 5-7pm. This class will be held outside and includes a tour and meditation in the outdoor sculpture exhibition Nancy Winship Milliken: Varied and Alive.

Last but not least, online classes will resume in October due to some work and vacation travel. I hope to “see” you and please keep in touch!
