Tuesdays Monthly 5:30-7pm @ Shelburne Museum Bring your own yoga mat. $10 for Museum Members, $15 for non-members; advance registration required.

This ALL LEVELS class you will connect breath and movement, cultivate strength, flexibility and balance to take off the mat and into your day. Wear comfortable clothes, bring water bottle, mat and props. Mats and props available upon request. All are welcome! Rain or shine!

This is a donation based class to support the Charlotte Land Trust. Suggested donation of $10-20. Cash, Venmo or check made out directly to the Charlotte Land Trust.

Join me for Community Yoga in the vestry of the Charlotte Congregational Church! This all-levels class is designed to help you connect breath and movement while building strength, flexibility, and balance—skills that you can carry into your day. Come as you are: wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle, mat, and any props you like. Mats and props will also be available upon request. Everyone is welcome!
