Take off that coat of fear and sadness.

Take it off and throw it carelessly on the ground.

Feel the freedom of a journey unencumbered.

Allow yourself to soar into the day full of light and hope and love.

Embrace each moment with an open heart and sense of wonder.

Trust in something beyond your knowing and exhale into the peace it brings.

Take it all in and let authenticity be your guide.

Follow it like a beacon to advise your days and set your course.

What lies ahead is unknown...but that's what makes great adventures.

Worry will try to envelop you.  

Greet it and allow it to drip off you like dew. 

Let self compassion be the seed that blooms.

Anoint yourself with the salve of forgiveness 

and replace regret with gratitude for what is.

Wrap yourself up in the knowing that you are enough.

You are worthy of a well overflowing with love and joy.

Always remember it is the moment that holds the possibility.  

It is really all we have....let the rest go.

Let your light shine.

Be who you are.

Do what feeds your soul and dance into the future....
